I am now mainly retired from hairdressing but I ordered this product as I only wanted a small amount of lightener to help a friend break out of her supermarket color process and didn’t want a big bucket of bleach. I was so impressed with all aspects of the product and wish I had use of it in my busier years. It is a lovely creamy consistency and goes a long way without drying up or flaking. No bleeding or dripping either. It has virtually no odor which I love. It cut through the color very quickly and left a really clean, toned blonde that I could easily work with.
