Shipping
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped out the next day as soon as we receive payment confirmation in our account.
We offer the following delivery charges within New Zealand:
All Orders New Zealand wide non-rural: FREE
Delivery to New Zealand rural address: 5% of the invoice total
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We aim to get your order to you within 3 – 5 working days, however some remote and rural areas may take a little longer. We will confirm your order receipt and your delivery dispatch from our premises. We will provide the relevant courier tracking details and contact information, by email to your provided email address. All packages once shipped from our premises are the responsibility of the recipient. We will do our best to assist you but we will not look into missing shipments until 5 working days after shipment. It is your responsibility to liaise with the couriers in the first instance.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We would not be responsible for shipping delays due to holidays, customs clearance, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
Some larger orders may also incur an extra delivery charge. We will inform you of additional delivery charge if necessary. We are also happy to consider alternative delivery scheduling and charges for large orders. Feel free to contact us.
We would not be held responsible for orders with incorrect shipping information provided or lost/stolen packages.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, so please bear this in mind when you enter your delivery address

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Please choose carefully before placing your order, as we do not accept any returns. However, if the goods received are incorrect or damaged, you must contact us within 3 working days. We will promptly send you a replacement at no cost to you. The invoice must be returned with the incorrect or damaged products at our cost – We will provide you with our courier details in this unlikely event.
During promotions, all hair products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
Price & Payment Information
All prices on this website include Goods and Services Tax (GST) and are charged in New Zealand dollars. Purchases may be made through secure channels linked to this website, or through direct credit to our bank account. Please ensure that you use your order number shown on the completed order as reference.
Please note that a 4% transaction fee will be charged for all Credit Card payments.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
In the unlikely event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and charged. If your order has already been paid for and your order is cancelled, Gineal Enterprises Limited will issue a credit to your payment account in the amount of the incorrect price, in full settlement of the cancelled order. You accept that Gineal Enterprises Limited has no further liability.
Orders will not be sent until payment has been received.

Please note that the actual colours of hair colour products may slightly vary from the colours displayed by your browser. Colour products are professional products and the use of any products supplied through this website is your responsibility.
Gineal Enterprises Limited will not be held responsible for the way in which you use the product(s) you purchase on our website. People react differently to hair products. We will not be held responsible for any adverse reaction caused by any hair products. We strongly recommend that instructions should be strictly adhered to. We advise that only trained hair stylists should use professional products. Bleaches, colours and perms are professional products and are used at your own risk. Styling products, shampoos and conditioners are suitable for use without training.

The information on this website may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date despite our effort to maintain accuracy. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.
